At some point in the year, many educators will have a student who is too disruptive for the teacher to be able to effectively teach and which disrupts other students from the learning process. This law provides a legal means for you to remove the disruptive student from your room. This workshop lays it all out and gives you the tools you will need to exercise your rights under this law.
